Throughout his career, Róbert has gained experience in reputable law firms, where he provided advice in various areas of law even during his studies.
While studying at Comenius University, he worked with HAVEL & PARTNERS, the largest Czech-Slovak law firm, where he established a strong foundation in advising entrepreneurs, real estate transactions, and the legal aspects of information technology and intellectual property.
Róbert provides legal advisory services across the entire range of the firm’s core focus areas, particularly in corporate agenda (including dealings with the Central Securities Depository and Commercial Register), and advising on debt, equity, and quasi-equity transactions, as well as secondary transfers.
He also offers legal guidance for exits within target companies and helps set up investor relations. On a daily basis, he provides legal advice within designated areas and ensures the implementation of effective solutions.
